HOTS is a passionate DJ, record collector and music lover in the truest sense. Rooted in the many shades of House and its origins in Disco, Boogie, Funk, Soul and Jazz, his sets move fluidly across styles while occasionally drifting into Ambient, Balearic, Breaks and other sonic territories. Through his label Tunesday Recordings, he revives overlooked and forgotten tracks, putting them into contemporary dancefloor cuts while paying tribute to the original artists. His monthly Blooms of House show on Callshop Radio highlights the genre closest to his heart, while together with his longtime partner Costa he hosts the Tunesday Radioshow on Radio Corax. Beyond the airwaves, HOTS also curates and hosts intimate events with close friends in well-known bar spaces in Halle.
